Patrick helped me get to the root of my problem quick and he was also very kind. I felt comfortable opening up to him about things I told only a few people before. It helped to not feel so alone.

The Name

The people we often work with.

The name Worried-Well reflects the people we often work with: individuals who are functioning, achieving, and outwardly doing well, but who know internally that stress, anxiety, self-criticism, avoidance, or emotional strain are taking a toll.

Our practice is built for adults who want therapy that is thoughtful, nuanced, and clinically grounded — not generic coping-skills work. The clients we see tend to be intelligent, busy, and skeptical, and the work meets them there.
